Dearest readers (and casual readers as well),

This will be my last post on this blog. I am leaving the Bison Hillock and go back to Holland to graduate from my MSc at Wageningen University. Before I say goodbye, let me share with you the camera trap photos from the last 10 cameras in the field. Nothing overly exciting, but a reminder that the wildlife is alive and well in the Bison Hillock 🙂

It has been an amazing experience, I want to thank the team (Adi, Sandu, Oana, Adi Grancea) and WWF-Romania for giving me the opportunity to come to this wonderfully wild place to learn about nature conservation first-hand and say that this has been a very valuable first work experience for me. I want to thank Danu, Matei and Georg for putting up with me every day, you guys are doing amazing work every single day on the field for this project.

All great things must come to an end, and that includes my time in the Bison Hillock. This is not a goodbye forever, it’s a goodbye for now…

For the last time,
Tiago Miguel,
Logging out 🙂
