My first post fresh off the field, with exciting news! In a project with WWF and Wageningen University, I’ve been setting up camera traps outside the bison enclosure in order to get a snapshot, no pun intended, of the animal community. This baseline study can then be repeated after the bison have established in the area, in order to assess their impact on the animal community.
So, given this, here’s some of the best photos from the 3 cameras I collected today from the pasture!
And here’s the funny thing, all cameras locations were chosen at random by a computer program! Not bad, right? =P Spread the message, random is underrated! More photos to come, keep an eye out for our updates!
